Honda TRX450 — Low Compression Diagnosis
A low-compression/no-start condition was traced through leak-down testing, valve and cam timing inspection, and top-end disassembly. The piston and cylinder were then measured and inspected to determine the correct repair path.
CFMOTO Z10-4 — CVT Belt Replacement & Inspection
The machine came in after a CVT belt failure. The damaged belt was removed, the primary and secondary clutch areas were inspected and cleaned, and a replacement belt was installed before the machine returned to service.
E-Bike — Front & Rear Tire Replacement
Not every job is a full teardown. This e-bike came in for front and rear tire replacement — the kind of straightforward repair that gets a machine back in use quickly.
